Join Lucy May Walker for an evening of live music at FortyFive Vinyl Café, York. Lucy will be performing a stripped back acoustic set with songs from her debut album, Nothing Ever Stays The Same as well as some back catalogue favourites. The show will be split into two halves with an interval including a short Q&A with the audience. This is a seated show with limited capacity so please book early to avoid disappointment.
BIO:
Lucy May Walker is a London based Singer/Songwriter originally from Worcestershire. In 2018 Lucy May was discovered busking by Jeremy Vine and went on to perform live on both his BBC Radio 2 show and his Channel 5 TV talk show. In 2022 Lucy was invited back on Radio 2 to talk about her single ’The Hardest Goodbye’ from her debut album Nothing Ever Stays The Same which received an overwhelming response, reaching no. 1 in the iTunes Singer/Songwriter chart.
She has supported the likes of Texas, Wet Wet Wet, Tony Hadley & Nerina Pallot as well as selling out numerous headline shows of her own.
