RADIX, A DINING EXPERIENCE OFFERING AN EXPERIMENTAL AND IMAGINATIVE MENU IN A RELAXED ATMOSPHERE.
Radix was created in 2018 by Chefs Craig Rogan and Monty Kanev. Their aim is to provide food of the highest quality with an experimental approach using flavours and textures from around the world.
Craig and Monty met whilst both working as Head Chefs at a 5-Star hotel in York. Craig's CV includes a period of working for his father at L'enclume in Cartmel, Fera at Claridges in London and The French by Simon Rogan in Manchester whilst Monty's CV includes Alimentum in Cambridge and Van Zellers in Harrogate providing both chefs with great experience of their trade.
The Chefs will combine ideas to create the dining experience, starting on a monthly basis.
