Friends of FortyFive Membership
Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully. Purchasing a Friends of FortyFive Membership constitutes acceptance of the stated terms and conditions.
Your Membership
Membership Card: Friends of FortyFive will be issued with a membership card, which will carry your name and expiry date. If you have not received your membership card within three weeks please contact us on 01904 437649. You agree not to pass on this card to anyone not part of the scheme so that they might benefit from any discount or promotion within it. If FortyFive believes you are ‘sharing’ your membership card to secure benefits for anyone not within the scheme, we reserve the right to cancel your membership with immediate effect, without refunding any joining fee. On renewal of your annual membership, we will issue you with a new membership card and the previous card will no longer be accepted.
Cancellation of Membership: If you purchase a membership online (but not, for the avoidance of doubt, if you purchase a membership in person at FortyFive Vinyl Cafe), you have a right to cancel your membership within 14 days from the day after purchase (the “cooling-off period”). If you cancel your membership within the cooling-off period then, subject to the below, you will receive a full refund.
Using Member Benefits within your 14 day ‘Cooling Off’ Period: If you use any listed benefits of your membership but then cancel your membership within the cooling-off period, FortyFive Vinyl Café reserves the right to deduct the face value price of such benefits from the sum refunded to you in respect of such cancellation. You acknowledge and agree that by using any listed benefits of membership within the first 14 days, you are expressly requesting that your membership benefits commence during the cooling off period.
Age Requirements: Our Friends of FortyFive membership schemes is open to all patrons aged 18+.
Priority Notice and Booking: Where possible, we will attempt to notify Friends of FortyFive of upcoming performances at FortyFive Vinyl Café before these are announced to the general public. This is not always possible however (when an artist launches a National Tour for example) and very occasionally our performances may be announced by an artist directly via social media or our website without members’ notification.

Data Usage and Evaluation: Friends of FortyFive communications are normally done digitally through emails, eflyers and enewsletters and therefore we need your permission to use your email to communicate these to you. If you do not give us permission to use your email address or do not have an email address FortyFive Vinyl Café accepts no responsibility to inform you of the benefits through any other communications channel. As a result, you may miss out on the promotion of the benefits of the scheme.

Friends Benefits
With immediate effect upon becoming a Friend of FortyFive you may take advantage of all associated membership benefits. Details and clarification of benefits are given below.

Early Invites for Ticketed Shows: Early ticket purchases are limited to the number of people within your membership and cannot be guaranteed, i.e. 1 (one) for single Membership and 2 (two) for joint memberships. Due to the small size of the venue, early ticket availability cannot be guaranteed to all members and will be made available on a first come first serve basis.

Early Access to Venue to Ensure Preferred Seating: Entry for the majority of shows will be provided 15 minutes before general admission times to allow members to choose their preferred seating. Whilst every attempt will be made to satisfy requirements, individual seating cannot be reserved beforehand or after the doors have opened for general admission. The bar will also be opened 15 minutes prior to the official doors time.

20% Discount on Exclusive FortyFive Branded Merchandise: Friends receive 20% discount off FortyFive branded merchandise upon presentation of a valid membership card. Offer excludes Gift Cards and own branded alcoholic beverages,
Exclusive Access to Selected ‘sound-checks and Preshow Performances: Admission limited to either 1 (one) ticket for a single membership or 2 (two) for joint memberships. On occasion depending on the artist, it may be necessary to enter a ballot to ensure maximum numbers have not been breached.
Acknowledgement on our Website as a Friend and Patron of FortyFive Vinyl Cafe: Friends names will be added to our website thank-you page to highlight and acknowledge their support of the venue and the artists that contribute within.
